Weatherproof tabletop is 34” w x 23” l and weighs 30 pounds and the allweather seat is 17” in height with a total weight limit of 250 pounds. I think the only improvement with them would be the folding of the filler with extra velcro to make a triple fold once filled & closed to have a better security of the flaps, much like a quality duffle bag type handle, other than that, a great product. The difference between a bench rest and shooting sticks can be substantial depending upon many factors, mainly barrel position on the rest.
